What’s the difference between Save and Export?
Save keeps an editable project in Recent so you can continue. Export writes a PDF you can share, save, print, or upload to Drive.
Can I merge more than two PDFs for free?
Merging two files is free. Merging more than two hits a free limit — watch an ad once or upgrade to Premium.
How do I annotate or watermark?
Open Annotate — draw, highlight, text, shapes, stamps, signature, and text or image watermarks with live placement. Watermark is part of Annotate, not a separate hub tool.
Can I unlock a password-protected PDF?
Yes, via Unlock — Premium only. Protect is available on Free; change password may soft-gate.
Is OCR free?
Yes — up to a free daily allowance (3 runs per day), then watch an ad or go Premium for unlimited OCR.
What can AI Assist do?
Summarize, translate, explain, or extract tables from document text (with optional OCR). AI runs only when you ask; free daily uses apply.
Can I convert Word, Excel, or PowerPoint?
Yes via Convert tools, with an offline best-effort path (text / HTML / CSV / images). Native .docx / .xlsx / .pptx fidelity is limited; Play listing says “as available.”
